TENCEL®
This revolutionary fabric is created by extracting the pulp from sustainably harvested, quick growing eucalyptus trees. From here, the pulp is spun into fiber using a closed loop process, meaning nearly 100% of the non-toxic solvent used to develop the fibers is reused and recycled. In addition, the amount of water required during the creation of TENCEL® / Lyocell fibers is up to 20 times lower than that of cotton. The end result is an impeccably soft, light, and incredibly comfortable material that performs in all settings. This super-fabric wicks moisture better than polyester, dries 3 times faster than merino wool, and is twice as strong and soft as cotton. As a highly breathable, anti-microbial, and naturally temperature regulating fabric, TENCEL® will stand up to any test that you may throw at it.
Recycled Polyester
Recycled polyester is generally created through the process of breaking down post-consumer waste (often plastic water and soda bottles) into reusable fibers. Here, materials that would traditionally be cast off into a landfill are cleaned, broken down into flakes, then melted down to re-create the raw material. Recycled polyester reduces emissions of harmful fossil fuels by estimates of up to 75%.

Have been really impressed with these shirts since purchasing them this fall. Comfortable, stylish and seem to wash nice thus far. Furthermore, they are true to size. I'm 185 and 6'1 and a medium fits nice. My only suggestions would be that the wrist opening is a bit snug, especially when wearing a GPS watch. Secondly, it would be nice on the website if you provided the height and weight of the models photographed to illustrate size across the various products.

Also we're excited to share that our more recent colorways (Blue Slate, Mineral Red, Green Eyes, Bright Cobalt, White Willow) have cuff openings that are 3/4 inch larger than our first run.

As an outdoorsy Vancouverite, this shirt is perfect. Between rain, temperature swings, humidity, and even blazing heat, the breathable and quick drying fabric is exactly what I've been looking for. The pattern is also nice and casual, which is perfect for city life when needed. These days when I look for shirts, I try to find something that kinda checks all boxes. Wise River has created exactly that.

I bought it not even realizing it had the hidden zip pocket, which is a nice added bonus. super clean shirt that I can wear during work, outdoors, and everywhere else. The shirt is better than I was expecting it to be.

I picked one of these up at CKS in Buena Vista, CO not knowing anything about Wise River, but I’m so impressed with the quality of these shirts. I know I’ll get a lot of use out of it and will be back for more. I grabbed a Welton Shirt too. Super cool brand and awesome products. More people need to know about these guys.
